Well, today marks the 66th day of the year so far, so there is only 299 days to go!
I again headed out to McLeans Island, I think this week will be "McLeans Island Week"- where I will run around Mcleans Island everyday this week. Already have done 3 days, just 4 more to go to finish the week! Todays run was good actually. I decided to do a second lap of the track, then a third. So todays run, worked out to being a new record, at 30.04km, done in 2 hours, 7 minutes. Now this is a pretty quick time, which might go a long way to explaining why I am quite so tired right now!
Today was the 60th run so far this year, I am still 6 days behind having a run a day- I think in the next few weeks I will try to catch up with a few double run days. As a sort of goal, I think (all things going well) that I might try to reach 900km this week alone, which was helped monumentaly today with the long run!
Right, it is time for some food, especially some sugar. Otherwise functioning beyond the next 5 minutes might be difficult....
