Todays run took me from Princess Margaret Hospital, up to the Sign of the Kiwi (via a couple of back streets and tracks), then from the Kiwi, I first went right, folloing the way to the sign of the Bellbird, but only went around a couple of valleys. Then, after turning back, I went along the track behind Sugar Loaf, followed by the MTB track, to the Lava Flow. Following the Lava Flow track down (I do really like this track!) into Bowenvale, and then followed the river back to Princess Margaret.
It was a pretty good run all in all, there were a fair few people on the tracks, am still yet to see anyone on the Lava Flow, apparently I am the only one mad enough to want to keep going down it! Worked out to being 20.61 km overall, done in 1 hour 39 mins.
So, today's run marked 50 days running so far. 50 days running, 700.86 kilometres travelled. So, averaging a pretty sharp 14km per day, meaning that continuing at this rate, I will be hitting the 1000 in around 21 days, or 3 weeks time. Then at this rate, I will be competly done, sometime near the end of September!
My short term aim is to get up to 800km+ to round out this month, which should be easily done, considering I already have a long run planned for next weekend. No clue how far or where I will go tommorow, not feeling like a rest just yet!
