Since I have a pre-season hockey game tonight, I figured I would head out for a quick morning run. I headed up the Two Peaks Redux, only doing some mild changes to remove some extra down and ups. Run was pretty good really (10.42km, 51:40), except the fact that it was horribly windy! I have said it before, but headwinds on an uphill are just rude, especially particularly strong ones like todays, and on hills like Rapaki!
But thems the breaks I suppose. So, a six a side hockey game tonight, here is hoping that some form of ability comes back! I am sadly not holding out alot of hope however, I think any hockey ability will be a week or two away... Oh well, at least I can run right?
I am thinking that getting up to 750km by the end of next week is a pretty good goal, since I am at 630 km really already, should be easily achievable!
Time for a shower, then to do some work at uni,
