Had an average nights sleep, so what was there to do but to get up and go for a run? After something to eat and the customary trawl of the internet for something interesting to read (while the eaten thing digests).
Headed up the Two Peaks Redux, there were plenty of people on the track today, was actually kindof put out by there being people on every part of my run, even the steepest bits had people walking on it! A very strange change to the past week, where I have basically seen no one (except Dan Carter while running at Bottle Lake). Numbers wise, it was a 10.10km run, done in 49:17, so roughly 4:53 per kilometre, which is not really that bad all things considered (all things being that it was up a hill).
Goal for this week is to run 10+ km each day, which will work out at 70-80km for the week. Nothing much else to report!
