And so it continues. Headed out around the McLeans Island recreational track, works out to be 11 km, plus I went the wrong way at one point (smooth) and ran from the car, so it worked out at 12.85. Took a good 52 minutes, so averaging around 4 minute kms, which isnt half bad at all. Certainly am feeling alot better, like I can actually run 10km without falling over and dying....
It was enjoyable, my motivation is holding, now if I could just not roll my ankle for one run, that would be super sweet!
I will run again tommorow, not sure how long, not sure where.
